Enter your order number and ZIP/postal code to start the return. If automatic lookup is unavailable, the return portal will still provide a prepaid label. Enter the postal code exactly as it appears on your order, including the space if it is a Canadian postal code.

Print the prepaid label and send the pillow back.

Returns are available within 90 days from delivery.

For Canadian postal codes, include the space if it appears on the order.

Refunds are checked once the returned item is delivered back to us.

If the pillow arrived damaged, contact us and we will review a replacement first.
