We also capture device and usage data—such as browser type, IP address, and engagement with our storefront—to monitor performance and keep the Maple experience secure.
Your data allows us to fulfill orders, manage your Maple pillow configuration, communicate delivery updates, and provide proactive support. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our fit recommendations, materials, and app performance.
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared with logistics, analytics, and payment partners strictly to complete the services you request.
Essential cookies keep your cart and configurator state intact. Optional analytics and marketing tools help us understand how shoppers progress through the fit journey and attribute storefront activity to campaigns. This can include browser-based pixels and server-side conversion reporting for events such as page views, recommendation views, and completed purchases.
