These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when shopping with Maple Sleep. Please review them before completing your configuration. Last updated: March 8, 2025.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Maple Sleep products, configurators, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact our team for assistance with any outstanding orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to place orders through maplesleep.com. Purchasing on behalf of another person confirms you are authorized to share their information with us.

3. Orders and configuration

All configurations are reviewed before production. We may contact you to clarify details that affect fit or performance. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized; Maple reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if we cannot validate information or fulfillment becomes impossible.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside Maple’s control, but our support team will help resolve issues quickly. Ownership of goods transfers once the carrier records delivery.

5. Returns and adjustments

Maple offers a 45-night adjustment window. During that period we will repair, replace modular components, or refund the pillow according to our guarantee policy. Items returned must be in good condition with all modular pieces included.

6. Intellectual property

All Maple Sleep trademarks, designs, software, and content are owned by Maple Sleep Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or resell our configurator or product designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Sleep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Vancouver, BC, unless local consumer protection rules require otherwise.
