Yes, and this is one of the least obvious things about pillow fit. A softer mattress lets your shoulder sink more, which raises your head relative to where it would sit on a firm mattress. That changes the height the pillow needs to provide. The quiz accounts for this.
The quiz includes thermal tendency. Hot sleepers are directed toward profiles paired with a cooling cover. The pillow core itself is standard memory foam — heat dissipation is handled at the cover level.

You have 45 nights to confirm the fit. We start with troubleshooting — most fit issues are setup or adaptation, not a wrong match. If the profile is genuinely off after a real trial, we'll send the correct one at no charge.
If you go through the trial period and the fit is still wrong, we send you the right profile. You keep the original. We'd rather fix the fit than process a return.
Keep the pillow clean and hold the packaging if you can. Contact support within the 45-night window with your order number and a description of the fit issue. We guide the process from there.

The delivery window is shown before checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order leaves fulfillment.
Give the pillow 24 hours out of packaging to decompress fully. Then commit to one setup for at least 3 full nights. First-night impressions — high or low — are rarely accurate.
Contact support with your sleep position, mattress feel, and whether the pillow feels too high or too low. That's enough information to diagnose most fit issues quickly. The 45-night window gives you time to work through it.
