Is this the right pillow for me?

Which pillow is best for side sleepers?

Side sleepers need more effective height to fill the gap between head and mattress. The quiz factors in your shoulder width and micro-position (log, fetal, yearner, etc.) to find the right profile. Side sleepers on broader shoulders or with arm-under habits tend to need more loft than they think.

What if I sleep on my side and back?

Select 'combo / frequent turner' in the quiz. The engine steers you toward a profile that stays consistent across position changes rather than one tuned tightly for a single position.

I always put my arm under my pillow. What does that mean?

It almost always means your current pillow is too low for your position. The arm-under habit is one of the strongest signals the quiz uses — it bumps the target height up and steers you toward a higher-loft profile.

Does mattress softness affect which pillow I need?

Yes, and this is one of the least obvious things about pillow fit. A softer mattress lets your shoulder sink more, which raises your head relative to where it would sit on a firm mattress. That changes the height the pillow needs to provide. The quiz accounts for this.

What if I'm a hot sleeper?

The quiz includes thermal tendency. Hot sleepers are directed toward profiles paired with a cooling cover. The pillow core itself is standard memory foam — heat dissipation is handled at the cover level.

What happens if the pillow doesn't feel right?

You have 45 nights to confirm the fit. We start with troubleshooting — most fit issues are setup or adaptation, not a wrong match. If the profile is genuinely off after a real trial, we'll send the correct one at no charge.

What is the free fit replacement?

If you go through the trial period and the fit is still wrong, we send you the right profile. You keep the original. We'd rather fix the fit than process a return.

How do returns work if I need one?

Keep the pillow clean and hold the packaging if you can. Contact support within the 45-night window with your order number and a description of the fit issue. We guide the process from there.

What to expect after you order.

When will I get it?

The delivery window is shown before checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order leaves fulfillment.

How long until I can judge the fit?

Give the pillow 24 hours out of packaging to decompress fully. Then commit to one setup for at least 3 full nights. First-night impressions — high or low — are rarely accurate.

What if the fit still feels off after a few nights?

Contact support with your sleep position, mattress feel, and whether the pillow feels too high or too low. That's enough information to diagnose most fit issues quickly. The 45-night window gives you time to work through it.
